Your Warranties
You warrant to us that:-
  • You will use this web site for your personal use and not for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions.
  • You are at least 18 years of age and are authorised to enter into any contract, which you may conclude following your use of the wed site.
  • You will be responsible for charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of your use of the web site and that you are fully authorised to use the credit card in which you make payment.

Payment
Products booked through this web site may be paid for only by credit card or debit card.

Tickets Booked On-Line
Your tickets will be sent by Special Delivery. No guarantee delivery on Saturdays and Sundays, orders received after 4pm will be processed the following day.

Your Booking

  • Information on availability and fares is valid only when given and is not guaranteed to be correct after the time of enquiry.
  • Fees may be added to the price of booking for processing.
  • We confirm the details of your booking together with the price and any conditions, which may apply at the time of the booking. It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of your tickets at the time of booking or as soon as possible afterwards and in any event within 2 days of receipt of the tickets. We will assume you have accepted the tickets as being correct unless any errors are brought to our attention by calling 01902 326662. Please note changes and cancellations will incur charges.

Inter-Rail Conditions of Use

  • The Inter-Rail card (Global or Zonal) is available to anyone who is normally resident in Europe, or who has lived in Europe for a minimum of 6 months.
  • It is personal, and not transferable.
  • The Inter-Rail card (Global or Zonal) gives the holder a reduction on GBPR and NIR train services (it must be produced before the start of the journey). There is no further discount for the children.
  • Free travel is allowed on all the participating Railways shown and within the dated of validity shown. These Railways are also grouped in to 8 zones.
  • If 2 or 3 Inter-Rail zones are not connected, holders are entitled to a discount to enable them to travel from one zone to another and according the holders chosen zone(s). Those journey tickets can be bought locally. In addition, reductions are granted by certain other carriers. This information is available at principal stations and travel agencies.
  • Free travel undertaken using this card is governed by the rules of the CIV contained in the International Convention on Railway Transport (COTIF).
  • This card must be presented at all ticket controls with the passport of the holder, the number of which must be shown thereon. If the name on the card does not correspond with the name on the passport, or if the if the information on the card is altered in any way, the card is rendered VOID and the holder is liable to prosecution.
  • The holder must pay the appropriate supplements when travelling on services where these extra charges apply. Please note that Port Taxes are payable on the Brindisi-Patras sea crossing. Holders of the Inter-Rail cards can travel in 1st class by paying the difference between the 2nd and 1st Class full fares for the journey concerned.
  • In the case of loss or theft, a replacement card cannot be issued.
  • The cost of the card will be refunded if the card is returned before the first day of validity shown on the card. However, a cancellation fee of £25.00 will be charged. Under all other circumstances (loss, theft, partial use etc.) the holder does not have any right to a refund. Insurance is recommended.

Important Notice

  • Before the start of each Journey, the holder must enter in the Journey Booklet provided the date and time of departure, train number and the journey to be undertaken and tick the appropriate box to shown if travelling in seating or sleeping accommodation. The entry should then be validated at the departure station ticket office or by ticket control staff on the train.
  • An Inter-Rail card does not guarantee you a seat. Reservations are recommended for long distance journeys. On certain services, reservations are obligatory; further details are available on request.
  • Inter-Rail Cardholders can travel on the Eurostar services between London- Brussels/Lille and Paris at the Passholders rate. Enquire on 01902 326662 for fares.
  • Inter-Rail is not valid on A.V.E. and TALGO 200 trains in Spain between Madrid and Seville.


Euro-Domino Conditions of Use

  • The purchase of the Euro-Domino ticket is not restricted, except that it must be bought from an issuing office situated in the territory of a participating Administration.
  • Euro-Domino tickets cannot be purchased for travel in the customer’s own country of residence.
  • The Euro-Domino Ticket is valid for 1 month. It permits unlimited travel for 3 & 8 days chosen during the period of one month, on the network of each of the countries for which the Euro-Domino ticket has been purchased.
  • The Euro-Domino is personal and cannot be passed on to a third party. The Holder must be able to prove his/her identity to the ticket control staff of the railway or shipping company concerned.
  • The Euro-Domino ticket constitutes, with the cover, a single travel document; coupons which are not in the cover, as issued, or without a corresponding issue stamp, are not valid.
  • Before using a Euro-Domino ticket, the holder must validate one space by writing in it, indelibly, the date (day and month e.g. 14/08) upon which it is to be used. The validation of a space permits the holder to make a unlimited number of journeys on the chosen date over the railway network concerned. However, for all journeys commencing after 19.00 hours, and involving a night train, the space may be validated for the day after departure. (This is equally valid for the journey to the station at which the connection with the night train is made). This regulation is valid for journeys over railways for which a Euro-Domino ticket has been issued, and within the limit of the validity of the travel document.
  • Euro-Domino allows travel without the payment of supplements on trains, which are normally subject to the payment of a supplement, with the exception of a certain "High Speed" trains in Spain. The holder is required to pay seat reservation charges and the appropriate supplements for sleeping accommodation.
  • The price of a Euro-Domino ticket is refundable if it is returned before the commencement of validity, a cancellation fee of £25.00 will be charged. In all other cases the holder is not entitled to any refund.
  • In the case of loss or theft, the ticket can neither be refunded nor replaced.
  • In the case of misuse of a ticket, by a passenger other than the named ticket holder or by alteration of falsification, the railways reserve the right to make a surcharge in addition to the cost of travel.


USA Rail Passes Conditions of Use

  • A Valid non US/Canada passport is required to purchase an Amtrak USA Rail Pass
  • Passengers must present their USA Rail Pass voucher at an Amtrak office for issue of your Rail Pass before first journey.
  • Passes are for travel in Coach Class only. Upgrade to sleeping accommodation is available at an extra charge.
  • Passes are valid for travel on all Amtrak Trains except Auto Trains, certain Acela Express and Metroliner services, and certain thruway connecting services.
  • Peak Fares are valid from 01 June – 01 September. Off Peak fares are in effect the remainder of the year and are not valid for travel during Peak Season.
  • Children aged 2 -15 are half price when accompanied a full fare paying adult. One Child under two per adult may ride free.
  • In case of lost or theft, a replacement cannot be issued.
  • Tickets May be cancelled or changed up to 7 days prior to travel for a fee of £50.00 per person. Tickets MUST be retuned to The Travel Bureau for refunds to be obtained. Cancellation and Changes made less than 7 days before departure or after date of travel cannot be refunded.
